Hi Stephen, my name is Jack Pollina and I have been a card holder since 1993. I am a very loyal and active card holder but recently experienced an issue with my card services. After speaking with two service reps and being told I would be contacted with a resolution no one called. I called back and asked to speak with a supervisor and was told by the representative that the supervisor wanted her to deal with the issue and refused to speak with me. You would think a supervisor would want to address customer. I run a team of 35 people at a brokerage firm and am always available to speak with any customer no matter the issue. I am hoping maybe you can ask someone to contact me so I can explain what happened when trying to place a charge and ensure it does not happen when I attempt the purchase again.
