Hello I am a current customer. I have been with you for 7 years. I was told just to have my internet upgraded I would get no real discount and have to sign contract again. I needed a discount due to everything going on and to give almost no discount and change my boxes and upgrade the internet I am paying $227.00. I want a decent price and not pay $149.00 just to upgrade the internet. I am getting nothing without paying and was told if I choose not to sign contract I can not upgrades or my price would go up even more. I have a couple days to cancel if the company goes by the law and gives 3 days to cancel. I need assistance. The company is doing this to customers at a time people are struggling and to loyal customers.
