Hello,
My name is Dawne Dawson & I am a EOB Management for provider Johnny Jada MD. I have some concerns in regards to how Wellcare has been handling claims for Medicaid recipients claims. I have called on numerous occasions & have sent corrected claims & letters only to receive another denial. However, when looking at EOB's some patients will pay with no problem & on the same EOB I receive denials. It has come very frustrating to myself & the provider who is losing out on monies he is due for the services. Please can you help me out.
