Once again I feel the need to write to express my disappointment in Toyota. I had a 2018 Tundra lease thru Toyota financial (TF). I traded the truck Nov 2nd. TF still took the Nov 22 payment out of my account on Nov 19. I called TF that day and they said they had the check from the dealer but could not close my account since the dealer needed to send more papers. Nov 26 and TF is still not showing my account closed even thought you have the payoff check. Will I get my $425 dollar Nov payment back?
