Mr. Storey, I have spent a total of 16 hours waiting on Century Link. I scheduled â new serviceâ for another residence on 11/17. It was to be installed on 11/19. Didnât happen, though we waited 9 hours at the location. So on the phone on 11/23 to reschedule. Was to be today 11/27. When after 4 hours, still a no show..I called AGAIN ( 3rd time now for this service), only to be told it would be on 12/7. Your agent, Joshua, whom I spoke with on 11/23 had his supervisor override the 12/7 date, for TODAY 11/27, because of the previous screw up. So just got off the phone with Chrystal, only to be told, nope, going to be on December 7, and they have 9 hours to show up. Seriously? Iâve already spent 17 hours and 2 days waiting for this service, and Iâm expected to wait another 10 days and 9 more hours in the hopes that someone shows up the THIRD TIME! Please contact me. This is completely unprofessional and utterly unacceptable. You canât possibly condone this kind of inexcusable disregard for your customers.
