@verizon – Lowell McAdam – My Husband spent $1200 on my Samsung phone, 5G Note 20 only a few months

My Husband spent $1200 on my Samsung phone, 5G Note 20 only a few months ago. It isn't working. I went to my local Verison store. They said my "plan" didn't support a 5G phone. I changed my plan. He also installed a new sim card. I now have unlimited data....but NO INTERNET! I try to use the Wifi or turn the Wifi off....still slow, sometimes no service. I've been waiting on hold for over an hour for tech support. I've only had Verizon.....for over 20 years. If they don't have proper support at the store level, then they need more tech support online or by phone. I want to TALK to someone....and be reassured that I will continue to be a Verizon customer. This is really frustrating. Please help....
