I understand you're a busy man and I wanted to inform you of the wonderful service I had today with your customer sales rep, Denaji (I am sure I am messing up her name). She was my third Republic representative that helped me because all previous reps looked at my issue and decided to pass onto the next representative.
I really hope you instill Denaji's customer service into all of the rest of your representative.
