Dear Mr. Tagsold,
I received your thank you letter for being a customer. I thought this was the time to write to express my hurt and frustration last year. For the first time I was not able to 'pay in full' due to losing my job to Covid. There were zero considerations taken in account. I probably should have switched but I adore my broker. I am shopping now though and have had to drop some items from coverage. I would certainly think that a consideration could have and should be made in certain instances. I have always paid and never been late... Thank You for reading this message...if you do at all.
