I was in your East Chase (Montgomery, Al) store today about 2pm. I found a dress I wanted to try on, the dressing room was closed. I went up front and asked to speak with a Manager. The young lady Said YOU LOOKING AT ONE. She did not even look at me she just kept drawing on a can of something with a shapie. I asked her if she was going to open the dressing rooms. She said no that the girl that worked them quit and everyone else was cashiering. I put the dress on the counter and started to walk out. She was very ugly and said I feel the same way you do MA'am (in the South that basically means Bitch. the way she said it). As I walked to the door she started laughing. I told her I could tell how bad she felt by the way she was laughing. There were 2 or 3 others that wanted to use the dressing rooms. She was not doing anything but drawing on that can. Why couldn't she work the dressing room or just open the damn thing. I am a manager and have been for over 30 years and I would NEVER ACT LIKE SHE DID. I will never go back to a Ross Store and will tell everyone I know about this unless a Dis. Manager calls me. 334-312-3251.
