Dear Mr. Vasos, I am a long time employee of ten years and have committed myself to Dollar General totally. I have worked through this past year in a half putting in more hours then I spend with my family to serve my community during this terrible epidemic that has pushed or stores to the brink of exhaustion. In March I got a new DM that has harassed me mainly because of my being sick with Covid and also older then most managers and a struggling store because of circumstances beyond my control. I understand accountability but that goes both ways. My struggles are your struggles. Late trucks, hiring problems, lack of hours, high turn over from high management down. Etc... I am on the verge of being fired because of all this. Please help stop this harassment that is making me sick to my stomach. Thank You, Mary
