I am Sudhir Kumar Sharma, I have purchase your Samsung brand phone S21 Ultra 512GB 16 GB RAM of Rs. 1,15,799/- on dated 09th of March, 2021.
But we use this phone only 1 monthsâ time from last 5 months because of because of faulted handset and every time, I give the proof of overheating and hang problem in this phone.
But service center and Samsung employee Ms. Kirti manipulated to me and ensure to phone is ok.
M/s Usha Technologies :-
Previously phone handover to M/s Usha Technologies on dated 16th July, 2021 and return the same on dated 21th Aug, 2021 after multiple communication & proof given from our side and recorded up-front service centre. Today M/s Instant Solutions executive give the feedback, this handset scratch by the previous service center. So. pl. noted the same.
M/s Instant Solutions :-
After received the handset on 21th Aug, 2021, we use the same for 3-4 days and visit in our children school and during the video, again phone hang and video stop after overheating.
I know the same situation coming in future after received the hand send but Samsung service center and Ms. Kirti not believe on my statement & proof.
Today dated 30th Aug, 2021, I hand over to this phone to M/s Instant Solutions, Gurgaon for review the same and give the report to Samsung for take the suitable step for this faulted handset.
This is very disappointed by the Samsung and staff for this type of treatment of premium customer.
I cleared instruction given to M/s Instant Solutions, donât open the handset for repairing because we donât accept the repaired handset after spend my money on faulted handset.
This time, Samsung accept the faulted handset and refund my amount of Rs. 1,15,799/-, I have spent the lots of money and time on this hand set.
Gurgaon weather Temp. 30 to 35 and hand set overheating in video and camera use ( if any proof required pl. confirm to me, I have already available with us)
