Dear Juila A. Stewart,
This morning I went to dine the (International House of Panacakes) IHOP for my birthday and I tried to claim my free Rooty Tooty Fresh 'n Fruity breakfast at store #4650. I was unable to print out the birthday coupon so I asked if I could speak to the manager on duty. After a 6-10 min wait for the Manager Rocko came and spoke with me. I informed him that I was unable to print the birthday coupon is it possible that I can email him (store manager email) my coupon so that he can have it for his records if that is needed. I only requested this because I didn't have access to a printer. He said that he was unable to accommodate me with this matter, and further suggested that I go to get it printed across the street at staples and return. I explained to him that I didn't want to leave and come back and asked again if I could email him so that they would have on record that I used the coupon. He repeated that it must be printed in order to use it. I have been a Manager for many years and I believe in true customer service within reasonable requests. Rocko (Manager) made no exceptions, and I was not being unreasonable. I stayed and ate breakfast anyway without the Birthday coupon because if I left I was not coming back. I found this whole situation disappointing. Thank you for your time. Look forward to hearing from you.
Sincerely,
Tiar
