Dear Sir : Let me explain why I will no longer subscribe to your service. On 7/25/2016 my wife sent a check #4601 in the amount of $119.00 for a year at the introductory rate. In Aug. 2016 one of your sales agent call on my cell phone while I was driving and sold me and introductory offer
for another six months, charged to my credit card for $29.94 In July and Aug. of 2017 Your company made unauthorized drafts from my credit card $ 19.30 each. After talking to three of your companys agents on the phone I was unable to solve a simple problem and so canceled the service. Your company owes me four months of service and $ 38.60.I have not file a complaint with the FCC but I probably should.
