Sir: I stayed at the Newport News Marriott City Ctr 8/29- 8/31. I was very Disappointed in the Room Assigned, ( Hope all are not like this) It was Quoted as A 4 Star Hotel.
My Room was # 822, Holes in one Wall, No Full-length Mirror in the Room, Mirror in Bath was in a Plastic Frame with paint peeling hung so low the sink stopper could not close the hot/cold knobs hit the frame. Missing Chaulk around the bath tub, A coffee maker that you find in any 1-star Hotel, No TV Guide. I Rated my Room as a 2 star at best (822).
The Good Part, Your Staff was Very Polite Helpful the lobby was Pleasing to the eye.
I was there to Visit Family but will not stay there again.
