I love the products and bargains at Best Buy but had a harrowing experience a few weeks ago when I tried to reach a manager. I spoke with Bianca, Arila (Field Marshal), who arranged for a follow up visit by installers (they never came or called) Tammy, Bianca, Fatima all tried but no mngr. would call me.
The ladies were so wonderful in trying to help, including Ms. Arila who made the appt. that no one from GEEK SQUAD ever kept. there is more to this horror story but to much for an email. For a customer to be treated with such total disdain is a terrible blemish. I wonder if you might be able to respond to this email? I hope so though I can imagine hour hectic schedule. Thank you.
