Was hoping there was a way to send you a picture. After ordering a mattress from Costco in June which we paid in full, it was lost twice and today we received half of it. I took a picture! Too funny but not laughing.
We have made numerous contacts through this painful debacle. No calls were made to us and I find it hard to believe the lack of detail and customer service. We were Sams Club customers for many years and within the past several years we have started to use Costco. We had even signed our son up in Georgia when he was stationed in the Air Force.
I oversee several states for a manufacturer and have a 48 hour service policy. I am extremely displeased with the service from your company, I couldnt even get an answer on where the 2nd half of the bed will arrive. Ridiculous!!!
