16-Feb-15 Customer continues to report that he hears a grinding / clunking sound when driving over rough roads and when turning 1) Removed right front axle wheel hub and installed a thrust washer.
-- Retested and did not correct problem.

7 2) Replaced both sway bars and assemblies.
Note: Work order shows both front "shock absorbers and assemblies" were replaced. This is different from the "sway bars" being replaced. I had to pay for a rental car although it was a warranty issue.
8 24-Mar-15 1) Clicking sound in front end when making sharp turns, especially to the right.
-- Replaced right front constant velocity (CV) joint / axle.

9 2) Instrumentation panel just "blacks-out" intermittently and dark at start-up, it remains blacked-out.
-- Monitor situation do not close out service orderâ¦.
-- Replaced entire instrumentation cluster.
10 3) Reported that vehicle indicates "shift to Park" when the vehicle is already in "Park". Also unable to turn-off car when this happens.

11 5-Jan-16 Getting vibration, 45 MPH and above.
-- Replaced Front axle shaft assembly, bracket, and seal

Service note: Verified vibration at all speeds, found the Right side axle shaft support bracket had become broken in half, axle vibration causing the seal to become worn out and leak, replaced the Right-Front axle shaft, seal, and support bracket, and topped off trans fluid. road test ok. Note: Pulls right, steering wheel off center, low tire light on (may be due to cold weather), drive train noisy shifts hard all prior to service here today.
12 27-Jan-16 Sunroof will not operate and open. Motor/wire verified sunroof will not close (work?), performed pinpoint tests on the sunroof motor and switch, found shorted sunroof motor and shorted sunroof motor jumper harness.
-- Partially lowered headliner and replaced the two sunroof motors and jumper harness, reinitialized system, retest ok.

13 24-Feb-16 Sunroof just repaired, customer stated he left the car parked outside his garage yesterday. It rained over night and when he got into the car this morning he noticed water coming out from the map light area. Customer made sure sunroof was closed all the way; in fact he never used the sunroof (since coming back being repaired). The sunroof was closed when it came in for service.
-- Sublet repair to Walt's Water Works and found water standing in sunroof frame and on headliner, both drains clogged, cleared drains, dried floors and carpets, water tested drains OK, reassembled interior and dry

14 14-Mar-16 Sunroof will not operate and open. Called Hall Ford service department to report that car was picked up from having the car serviced on 8 Mar 16 and tried to use the sun roof on Saturday, 12 Mar 26 and found that the sunroof does not operate. Black sliding cover moves back, but sunroof switches (tilt and open/close) do not work. Explained that due to business trip, he will not be able to submit for repair until 21 Mar 16. -- Waiting to submit for repairs
