Wow. Mr. Jackson. I never wrote a email to anyone complaining about service. I called your 877 number that never mentioned that it was only a good number before 5 pm. I waited and waited and here I am. I have been a customer for over 20 years and have driven past your competitors over and over again. I brought in a battery to your Ellenwood store and and was told that I was still covered under warranty. Thats the company I know and have loved forever. Then I was told that since the battery was completely dead that in order to get the CODE it had to be put on fast charge for 30 minutes. I was in a hurry so I said I would return rather than wait. I came back a hour later and was told that the battery was so dead they still could not get the CODE. I asked to speak to a manager and encountered a Red Head woman that made me feel bad that she had to come to work today. Imagine having to work for her pay. She told me that I could not get a loaner battery, could not get a replacement and needed to just come back tomorrow. Lets see, a warranty and a dead battery. Seems pretty clear to me. Who are you hiring? What happened to the great customer service I always had at this store. I even offered to pay for a battery and once they got the dumb code they needed I would get a refund but no. Dont bother the abused Red head during her shift.
