220 Columbia drive
unit 9. Cape Canaveral, Florida. I just had a service man come to repair a loose cable on my box in my living room. I have no boxes or tv in my bedroom and so I shut my bedroom door to my one bedroom condo and told him there was no reason for him to go in there. When I stepped into the kitchen to fill my coffee he had opened my bedroom door without my permission. I told him he didnt need to be in there my cat is in there, he said he was looking at my cable hook up on my wall which I have never used , and he did not do anything with it. I told him he needed to ask my permission to enter my bedroom especially after I had just told him it was not necessary for him to enter my bedroom and that my cat was in there so he closed my bedroom door with me still in the living room. I immediately opened the door, he did nothing in the bedroom other than look at my prescription papers that were laying near there. I called to report it to the supervisor. As usual, i did not talk to a supervisor so I ran it down to the woman who answered the phone, about half way through my phone call she puts me on speaker phone so others can hear my confiding in her my disgust at the servicemans manners. I am tempted to end my service, especially when my bill also jumped from 121 a month to 186 without adding any more services. Before the serviceman left he contacted dispatch and said I only had one box, not too, which lead me to believe he may have been snooping for a second box. If I have been paying for two boxes for the last 4 years, I would like a refund. Evelyn Pires
