2519 Roanoke Ave. Dear sir. Im having some problem with the service at my home. Your company came out to put the cable line up on the house after it came down. The man that came out put the line on my trim on my home and not the side of the house. It put so much weight on the trim it pulled it off the house and pulled the cable line out . Called to have someone come out to put the line back up. He said the it should have never been put up in that place. To get to it, I call the number he gave me and after 4 times calling the number on line. This has been 2 weeks and no one has called me back. All i want is to get the trim fixed.
