I have tried, unsuccessfully, to initiate a search for information on what may be a dormant account with your banking organisation; first with a call to your Australian branch and then being transferred to a customer service operator at 1800 122 652, which I believe is in the USA. My mother managed to escape the ravages of WW2 in Europe because she went to the "top dog" for help. You are the "top dog" at Citibank, so I am now going straight to the top, seeking your help.
It would probably be preferable to write to you by conventional mail, supplying all the details that I have, together with certified copies of all relevant documents.
If you are interested in history, especially the history of Citibank and one of its account holders, back in the days when it was the First National City Bank, then I hope I have aroused your curiosity sufficiently to assist me in some historical detective work.
