300 Garfield st. apt 2 I writing to you because Im not happy that you are not honoring my bill that time Warner gave me when I sign up with them. I went to pay my bill this morning expecting to pay what I pay every month. To my surprise it went up because you are not honoring time Warner agreement we had each month. Im on Social Security 136 is what I have been paying even that is a lot for me. But to my surprise this morning they told me I had to pay 163. Im on a budget and I like the same features that i have. Before i look for alternate ways to get cable and internet I thought I ask if you can not raise my bill. Call before june 20th that is my cut off date. Thanks Sam Rivaldo 585-532-1022
