I have been trying to refinance my loan with your establishment for over three months. I do not like saying this but your loan personnel are incompetent. About once a week they request another form from me. This is no way to do business. I have given Lisa Segrist until the end of this week to close or I am going elsewhere. I know one mortgage is nothing to your company but if you treat all customers this way you will not be around very long.
I have also been told three times that the loan has gone to the underwriter? Apparently these were outright lies. No excuse.
I will also be contacting the VA with the history of my attempting to refinance with a VA loan. Nice way to treat a veteran.
