As soon as I told her what the dealership said about warranty, she immediately said she can help no more.
This must be a big problem with Lithia and its customers. She Melinda just quit helping me. I want my $3800.00 plus money refunded to me in whole ASAP!

Unacceptable. I paid $1048.00 for these services. I never used one of them. $268.12 to you for what.
Car has 2000 miles put on it since purchase. The paint sealant was not installed correctly, spots show on car where no coverage, the inside front center console has pencil pokes into it. It was to be fixed. Lie. Sales people said tell service next time they will handle it. The service managers dont even know what I was talking about. Someone at Volkswagen put black tape on rear bumper to hide scratches.
I will be getting written reports from people (experts) who will verify all.
I want all my money back

My Wife and I compared notes last night. These two services they talked my wife into were explained that we could schedule oil change and have any things with fabric, dirt on seats floors etc. taken care of by service department at same time, by service department. I got a call from the service manager telling me he knows nothing about this (his words) what the sales people may have promised you.
Its sad when what started out as a trainee and no idea who the man was, then turned into people standing up and down the stairs, all around us at a table, and everyone had something to say. Nobody knew what they were talking about has I am now finding out trying to use these services the FIRST time.
My wife was intentionally lied to and pressured by employees of Lithia.
I was sick sitting outside for four hours while they continued to lie to my wife.
I want my money back I have receipts for both programs. This is wrong. I will never purchase a car from Lithia again, and will spread the word how we were treated.

They also talked her into a warranty, told her any dealer has to on contract; I now dont believe this either.

Im am part of your oil change program and some other vehicle program.
Seeing you do not consider me an important customer, I WANT MY MONEY BACK FOR BOTH PROGRAMS!
I have primary progressive MS. I cannot put up with the stress of fighting with car dealers over their programs. Give this email to the general manager please; I am mailing a copy to him. I want my money back.
