Kenmore Elite Freezer compressor Issues.
Have had my freezer repaired by Sears under the 5 year warranty on sealed refrigeration systems 2 times in the past 18 months. Compressor has stopped working again and I cannot get it repaired under warranty (even though it is still under the 5 year warranty). Sears customer service states there is no warranty and I have to pay to have the freezer repaired. I have called several times and been hung up on, transferred and unable to resolve this issue. The last person I spoke to said she was a supervisor and there was no one higher than her that I could speak to. I need my freezer fixed, under the warranty shown in my user manual, or better yet a new freezer that actually works so I dont have to check the temp every day to see if it is still cooling.
