We are Canadian snowbirds who are fortunate to spend our winters in Lakeland, Florida. Every year we, like many snowbirds, put our Bright House services, i.e. tv, phone, internet on vacation which allowed us to have the services suspended for a minimum of 3 months but we were able to do this more than once in a year. This allowed us to come down in the summer and have services on and then put them on vacation again until October when we come down for the winter. We have now learned that Spectrum will only allow 1 suspension per calendar year which is a large hindrance for those of us who go back and forth over the year, especially in Florida where many Florida residents also go back and forth over the year.
We, along with many other Florida( snowbirds/ travellers, would greatly appreciate your looking into this policy and consider making changes to it that would be more flexible.
Ill look forward to your response.
