505 Parkridge Blvd. Mr Ergen i have been a long long time customer., almost since you started echo star. I strayed many years ago to direct for two years for the discounts ,loyal customers were not getting. Over the last several years , every six months I have to beg to get a discount for staying loyal. The discounts are getting smaller and smaller. Other providers are giving more incentives to leave dish. Please help me. I am now retired and cant afford Dish. I recently lowered my package and lost channels we watched. There are too many other options available, and we may not be able to stay. Thanks Larry K.
