Dear Mrs. Good,
My name is Ronald W Clayton and I have a question about my power bill. For years it has been really high - higher than a lot of my friends and I do not understand why. I have had your contractor Franklin Energy come to my house this past Wed 9/5/17 to do an analysis of my house. While Mr. Dean Carter was doing the analysis he stated that my bill was way too high for my resident - the only thing that he could find wrong was that I did need a little bit more insulation in my attic. I live on a fixed income and I can not keep paying a high energy bill like this - when there is really no reason for it. Can you please help me out? I do not know who else to turn to for help and I need it. I can send you a copy that I have of Mr. Carters report if you need it but I can not attach it to this email. He did rate all of the items as Fair to which I do not agree with and he even stated that a lot of my stuff was GOOD or Excellent. When I questioned him about this he stated that Duke Energys sheet would only allow him to rate it either ACTION NEEDED - FAIR - or EXCELLENT. He said that Good was not in there. Please look at my account and help bring my energy cost down - tell me what is happening.
