hi Glen i'm desperate and need help... on july 2nd 2016 my husband was in a car accident within an hour of the accident i made a claim... the first complaint is i had a 2012 toyota corolla new making payments on it it was bought to classic tow yard it took the claims adjuster a week to tell me i did not have collision on the car by the time she let me know it was way to much money to get the car out and it was undrivable so now i'm i have a car note and no car had they told me sooner i could have pushed it out of the yard anyhow the medical department is giving me the run around saying they need this and need that. i have been calling and doing everything i possibly can to give them what they need .... it has been 24 days that my husband is laying in the hospital without therapy did i forget to metion he had a stroke and thats why the car accident happened he needs to learn how to walk and talk again and the only way to do that is get him into therapy and i can't do that until you all either deny the claim or pay what your going to pay i just want my husband out of the hospital and start therapy i have been going threw so much stress with going to work calling insurance company calling the social worker at the hospital oging to the hospital taking care of my husband please can someone help me and stop giving me the run around i have faxed and emailed over the hospital bill to rebecca and noone has called me back please help me my husband desperatly needs to get out of the hospital and into rehab last week can you please tell me what i can do to speed up the process thank you for your time in advanced have a great day
