The Brickell office has explained that your third party vendor is responsible for the wrong dollar amount in displaying the G/L figures in my trading account. No correction has been made for over 30 days. I am still concerned about this. I sent an email to rriney@scottrade on 5/18/2017 and did not get any response. Your support@scottrade.com responded that everything was corrected, however only the long positions were corrected, not the short positions. My confidence in support is lost. The Brickell office just tells me to look at the real figures in the My Account section. Has your third been hacked or WHY DID THIS HAPPEN IN THE FIRST PLACE AND WHY HAS IT NOT BEEN CORRECTED IN OVER 30 DAYS, AND WHY HAS THE OFFICE OF RODGER RINEY NOT RESPONDED AND/OR CORRECTED THIS? It is unsettling to me and your lack of response or resolving it is just too casual for having any confidence in Scottrade.
