 I have purchased the subject TV in Dubai on 27/10/2017 (invoice copy attached).
Problem: Half the screen shows the color and the other half is color defective

As per the Samsung customer care instruction, Dubai, the TV was given to the Samsung authorized Service center (JUMBOELCTRONICS CO.LTD.(LLC.), Jabel Ali Industrial Area) on 10/12/2019. I have been informed today (13/12/2019) by the service center that the display panel is defective and needs replacement which is not economical. The Repair cost is (AED 2,600) nearly cost of of Brand new TV. It is unbelievable that the TV display has to be replaced within 25 months of purchased. The display is themajor component of a TV and we expect that at least 10 years of trouble freeperformance    

SAMSUNG is a leading and trusted brand in consumer electronics – I personally using all SAMSUNG household appliances(Mobile, TV, Fridge, Washing Machine, AC). Samsung have contacted me for the discount AED 250 only, 

Kindly look into the matter and Iexpect at least a free replacement of display / TV. Samsung Hoping to hear from you at the earliest.
