Good afternoon, Mr. Hewitt. This email is in regard to an unpaid distribution. Alice G. Flemming passed away in January, 2015. My sister, Elizabeth K. Shirer was one of her beneficiaries. Elizabeth passed away in April , 2015. I am the beneficiary of her estate which includes the benefit from Miss Flemmings estate. Miss Flemmings advisor, Dan Arcuri, has not sent my lawyer, Lynn Gaut, an accounting nor a check for deposit in Elizabeth Shirers estate account. My lawyer has made many attempts to finalize this issue with Mr. Arcur in spite of his assurance that the accounts are in order and that a check is on its way. Two and a half years delay is not acceptable. As a reputable company, I feel sure that you will want to put this matter in order. If my lawyer does not receive an accounting and a check for the benefit due within ten days, I will be forced to notify the SEC and the PA Attorney General regarding Mr. Arcuri and Thrivents poor business practices.
