I´m quite sure you have bigger fish to fry than my issue right now, but as an American in Mexico, I suspect it speaks to a lot of people here. i placed an online order 4 days ago (may have been five), to be delivered the next day. It wasn´t delivered (still waiting) and I truly understand that the system must be a bit overwhelmed with people having to be at home. A day, even two, i could understand. But i´m kind of stuck here by myself and have a mexican cell that quit on me after two weeks. So the only way i have to communicate with walmart is via chat (or whatsapp)--but they just direct me to a different phone #--which I cannot call. Honestly, i will live, Maybe my stuff will come eventually. But what about the folks here who cannot afford to have 800 pesos tied up and not get their food, or be able to go shopping becasue Walmart alreay has their money. It is not doable for so many.
