Hello there, I was wondering if you can help me. I spent over £600 online and had a lot of hassle with my order, ikea gave me a voucher for £35 to cover delivery and I attempted to use it in store before lockdown and they said because the PIN was only 2 digits (I printed it from their email) I wasn't able to use it. I had spent over £300. I have tried to call, email and use the online webchat to no avail!
