Nancy Oram sent a message to Robert Niblock that said:

Dear Mr. EllisonI am writing this e-mail to hopefully make you aware that your customer service call in lines are atrocious. I have called everyday for the last three days and have waiting in excess of 50 minutes each day to have no one answer. You should be ashamed. Not only that I have been to your store front the same number of times in the same number of days looking for an order that I placed on May 25, 2020, I was told it would be delivered late, I am ok with that. I was told June 2, 2020. Today is June 4, 2020, not one member of your customer service team can tell me where my order is? In this day and age how can that be?
