Cancel the lab test on the blood drawn today at The Woodlands Clinic, Shenandoah, TX, 77380. I will not pay for it.

I sent this urgent message by online contact form to Timothy Sharpe at 4:30 pmCDT Jun e 10, 2020.

Mr. Rusckowcki, This message is being sent to you for your immediate attention.

After being coerced under duress to sign a fraudulent agreement to pay if Medicare didn't, on reflection, I do not want ANY of the tests because this is blackmail.

I will not pay for anything Medicare doesn't pay for.

This was *not* an option, making it a criminal matter, forced choices which eliminate rational and logical choices.

There is no way to get to a human on the local phone menu or I would have instructed the human answering to cancel the test.

Moreover, this was the most incompetent experience I have ever had with blood draws. You demand patients wear masks but didn’t provide any as other medical offices, notably Methodist Hospital, do. I had to go outside and ask a kind person for an extra.

Brianna was incompetent in keyboarding in information which SHOULD have been done by a BUREAUCRAT outside the phlebotomy room. Maria, was quite efficient in browbeating me into signing a second document after I ticked Option 3. She coerced me under duress to sign a second document after telling me *NO* blood draws could be made.

Cancel it right now.

Or pay for it.

I will speak to the physician to be certain no more tests are ordered that Medicare won't pay for.

After being coerced under duress in a mafia-shakedown business model to sign a fraudulent agreement to pay if Medicare didn't, on reflection, I do not want ANY of the tests because this is blackmail.

I will *NOT* pay for anything Medicare doesn't pay for.

I suggest you change your mafia shakedown-style fraudulent business model forthwith.
