Dear Mr. McMullen,
I am contacting you to due to the poor job performance of the security personnel at the Foods Co on Folsom Street in San Francisco, Ca. They are asked to oversee customers and the lockers by the entrance. I visited the store this afternoon and placed my backpack with personal items in the locker as requested previously by security. I had a problem with one of the lockers so I asked for assistance by one of the security personnel. He never informed me that no one would be watching the lockers. Unfortunately, someone snatched my backpack from the locker. This meant that personnel are not watching the lockers which means anyone can open the locker and take the customers items. I am disappointed that security at this store is not what it should be.
I hope you will address this situation/matter with the store manager or officials that oversee this store.
