I’ve been trying to cancel my account with PayPal. They won’t let me because it’s restricted. It’s restricted because I won’t give them my SS# and other private personal info. They say I have given them my picture but I never did. I think this account is compromised and I can’t send private information to it. Can you please cancel my account? I appreciate any help you can give me. There is nothing owed on the account so I don’t understand why they won’t cancel it at my request
