Good afternoon, we are in the midst of a major claim due to the negligence of a GC. We have paid religiously throughout this process and are in good standing with our mortgage. I am having the hardest time getting your loss draft department to answer my emails, provide the information requested, and now they seem to have 'misplaced' our claims finds which is in excess of 140K. This is extremely disconcerting to me and I am getting frustrated, during what is already a very stressful time. Not sure how you can assist as this email cannot contain any personal information beyond my email. I am trying to be patient, but I will be forced to escalate if this is not resolved this week.
