One thing for sure, there is day and night difference between Yamaha Product Quality and worst service ever. Why bother asking for customer survey if you are not going to take corrective action? I am simply asking you to correct the mistake and aligned with Yamaha Company policy. Yamaha wants to create their customers as Yamaha Enthusiasts! You are 180 degree other way around. Once again review the pictures below;

Exhibit 1 (Picture # 1145) - New (?) motor cycle skid unloaded by a Salesman (without Lift Truck Licence). Have you seen the bottom holes where he ran the lift first time. It is against the law to drive lift truck without license. Worker at Yamaha manufacturing producing this quality products will not like it! I know, been there. Look at the condition of packaging that customer see. I was so proud to bring my son along to witness this process.
Exhibit 2 (Picture # 1146) - Notice the serial number ending with 2901. This motor cycle is the one I was shown and bought. Look at your file the motor cycle they delivered. It is fraud.
Exhibit 3 (Picture # 1153) - Motor cycle kit to be assembled just for me. I made payments and left.
Exhibit 4 (Picture # 1163) - March 23rd, 2016 A different motor cycle was delivered serial # ending with 2900 that has been assembled and parked for 2 years.

I am also including a copy to Mr. Hiroyuki Yanagi, President for review and action separately.
