299 Firefly Ct. is in Chase Ridge, a neighborhood within spitting distance of Dothan, AL. It's zip code 36301 is actually the same as Dothan's! This neighborhood has several homes that are being serviced by Spectrum, however, they refuse to extend that service to the new homes being built, even though the paperwork we receive as new homeowners states that Spectrum is our go to provider. I am having to use Dish Satellite for television and Verizon data for internet. Imagine during this Pandemic 1 child having to do school work, 1 college student having to do classwork, and one displaced worker having to conduct business for 8 to 10 hours each day ALL needing access to the Data plan. We spend more time buffering than working!
How, Sir, can Spectrum refuse to extend their service to the homes that are being built!? Is your company so lucrative that you don't need our money? Please, we have been here since December with NO internet and it is really getting tough. I am writing, calling, and visiting every provider in Dothan and begging them to come and extend business to us. Please, I am begging you, PLEASE help us!
