What isn't happening with printing our personal account monthly statements? For three+ months now, I've been unable to print out my statement. I have no choice, as receiving PNC mailing of monthly statement is no longer an option. I'm tired of going to my local branch and requesting a statement being printed by them. They almost look at me as if I'm a deluded senior who isn't capable of handling her accounts online. I've tried reaching out to PNC customer service, and was told last month that "there was a problem with virtual account printing and PNC was working on the problem." So what's with the IT solution to the problem? Again this month I'm unable to print out my statement and it's getting to be a major annoyance. Considering the accounts we have with PNC, I'm hoping you can give me an answer with a solution to the problem. There are other banks locally in eastern PA that have services available.
