Dear Mr. Scharf, I wanted to send an email to let you know how disappointed I am in the amount of time in regards to my Business in a request for a Credit Line Increase. Over a week a ago I stopped into the branch to see about getting a Credit Line Increase for my business credit line so I can buy needed equipment for the studio. A few days later the Credit was pulled but I still haven't heard anything back. I stopped into the branch and the clerk told me it was under review. As a Business Owner I could use my personal funds to buy the Equipment which totals about $850 but that is why I have a Business Credit Line. I am trying to be patient but why does it take so long just to get a Yes or No?
