Dear Mr Koch,
I am writing you today to ask for your assistance. I am a business owner of 20 years serving the Tampa Bay Area & have fallen on financial hardships due to COVID-19.
I have had my personal storage unit with your establishment since April 2019 and have never been late paying on my account until both myself & my husband's income were essentially cut down to nothing due to this pandemic.
I have made a point to stay in close contact with your staff about my financial situation and was hopeful that you would put something in place to alleviate some of the financial burden that we have all endured. I understand that this has put a financial burden on a tremendous amount of businesses & people (I am one of them) & I don't want to sound ungrateful for the things you have put in place...(no late fees & extending payments), but I am trying to stretch what I can to pay everyone with whom I have not been able to pay over the last 4 months.
I'm asking if there is possibly anything you can offer to me in the form of assistance. I called into the collections department & made a payment today for $336.32 which only applies towards March & April's fees. I would appreciate any one-time credits you are able to apply to help get my account caught up and then moving forward returning to the normal rental rate. Thank you for your consideration of my circumstances & request.
