Dear CEO Mdm,

Please refer below the respond from Singtel customer centre. I was not granted for my request for a technician to install the Samsung Connect Home Wifi Mesh but I was told to collect it at Gateway 313 Somerset.

I justified that I need technical help to install it for me rather than I do it myself. Besides, I should be staying at home given the Covid19. The technician who installed my fibre broadband at my home on 15 Apr told me that the technician can install it for me once I confirm the purchase of the wire mesh which offers at $10/mth for 2 years.

I noticed a contradiction in the service rendered by Singtel based on what was said by the technician and from Singtel customer service

May I appeal for your empathy based on the situation and accede to my request to allow the technician to install the wire mesh at my home so that I can abide by the stay at home advice by the government. I need the gadget to be fixed so that I can work at home or I can't work at home.

I look forward to your help and approval to grant my request given the situation.
