Bhamumathi sent a message to Mukesh Ambani – Chairman and Managing Director, Reliance Industries Limited – Email Address that said:

Dear Sir.

I feel SAMSUNG is giving Very WORST Service.and follow-up .!
It was more than a month... that...we bought the New Double Refrigerator...

This is 2nd Time...we bought the same...and ... Reliance Digital... people help a lot to replace the repaired one- which we Purchase...

This is Bhamumathi from Tiruppur - Tamilnadu.

I purchase a Double door Refrigerator..from " Reliance Digital " Coimbatore last June '16 -and for Installation ..one person come and check ..also explain the details to us .

When we start using the fridge ...after few days time...she found ..whatever we kept in the Bottom rack ..its all " Freeze " ..so in this reg; have discuss with Reliance ....as per their advice ..have called-up to the Samsung Toll free number ..Online one person give some instruction ...like " Remove all the metrials form fridge ...switch off - clean with Lemon water and keep idle 4 hours ...then ...swatch on the Fridge ..then store the ...items ..." like ...we tried next day ..again ..after few days ..we found the same issue ....so after 10 days time again ..I had called-up online and discussed ...the same way again they given the instruction ...this time they ask to keep idle more then 12 Hours ...we have done the same also ..after few days time ..we faced the same problem with fridge ..then I checked with reliance and they told, they will inform to Samsung but asked me to call to toll free and confirm to register a complain ..as per that I called-up , explain all the details to them ..and shouted for this issue ..then only they have done the registration and give a number ..after 3 days ..a service engineer cam and checked about 3 days ..and told, need to change the " Circute Board " - will place a Order and it will take week time ..like ..

Now we explain to him.. after Purchase ..with in One month time ..we face this much Problems ..so we need a re-placement not change the Parts like ..

Then he given a " Declaration " form and asked to fill and attach given the same to Samsung Service Center ( with ID Proof, Address Proof as well Bank details - )..the same was given next day ..
After few days ..there was a call from Samsung office .and inform ." There will be one more Sr. Engineer..will have to check "..as per that ..One more person came and checked and this time he told, " NOT ONLY Board ..but also need to CHANGE the DOOR also ..." like that ...again I explain all the story to him .

He told , he will send the report to Office and asked me to call again and give the complaint to Online ...I did the same ..

Now from Chennai ..One Lady called-up and she told - after all details explain to her - " All are Okay ...but ..as the One Month Period was over ..we do not give the re-placement ..will change the Part Only ..." Like

I am fed-up with this actions

Please help to resolve and arrange for the re-placement ( Good - conditioned Refrigerator ) or Re-Payment - will go with some other Good Brand

Request you to confirm and do the needful

​Last time - you people told ," with in One Month time ​- we can do the Re-Placement -- but yours is 6 days more then a Month Period " like ..
​Now ..New Refrigerator was billed - 02nd Oct16 and Complained given 05th Oct'16 - It was checked and double confirmed by Samsung Service people on 08th Oct '16..

​Its more then a Month Crossed - now totally more than 5 Months period ..

WHAT WE NEED TO DO ...?!?
