there is also a lack of leadership and a sever amount of workplace gossip that translates from leads to staff. lastly as important as it is for a secure and safe environment every last employee needs to be drug tested as a soon as they come in to work. there is a high level of drug use especially on break times during the night shifts and if I were you I wouldn't alert the managers just go in with a separate group and have everyone tests on the spot. since your an ethical organization. it may help to stop all internal and external errors the company has been getting.
