Lena sent a message to Edward Lampert – Chairman and CEO of Sears Holdings – Email Address that said:
A refrigerator was purchased in October 2012. It is not even 4 years old. Since then I have had a fan replaced about 1 1/2 years ago, then in September 2015 I had a tech out for water in the refrigerator and was told the plug was filled with garbage.
I called a week and a half ago to say the freezer was not freezing and stuff was thawing out. A tech came out took the back off the freezer and said it was the timer and it was ordered.
another tech came out last Wednesday and was told it was diagnosed incorrectly and it IS NOT the timer that there is the cooling system so more parts were ordered.
I have been communicating with a Jennifer from the Orlando customer relations dept. she has been very nice. I told her this refrigerator is a LEMON and I should get a credit to go get another refrigerator as I have put in as much money almost as I paid for the refrigerator. Mention about throwing out about $200 of meat, etc. Jennifer emailed the district manager and general manager and NO ONE has contacted me. This is what I get after being a customer for 40 years. I AM DONE WITH SEARS I had a Kenmore refrigerator that was over 30 years old when I replace this I wanted the ice and water in the door so I thought after 30 years I was ready for a new one,I had less trouble when I had that one. I hope Sears will reach out to me to rectify this problem I can be reach by phone to further discuss this
We have been a long time Sears customer for over 45 years with Sears is this the way you treat longevity customers I am very disappointed in the customer service from Sears as a long time customer I would think you would do the right thing and take care of this situation, I'm sure you can't say you have longevity customers like us! It would be nice for you to send this to the highest manager, so I don't have to take it to the next level. Thank you Lena
