Dear Mr White, I am totally disgusted with your company and your service since the change of delivery company here in the UK. Having never had a problem with delivery and having placed an order for 2 freestyle libre sensors on 16.7.18, I was texted to say they would be delivered on 19.7.18. I specifically stayed in and made myself available to receive them. They weren't delivered. I called you to report this and was given the impression that they would arrive soon. I needed them to arrive befor a two week holiday that I went on on 28.7.18. They did not arrive, which cnahged my ability to monitor my sugar levels while I was away. I have just called your customer service and am now even more furious. I have been told that you can't expidite another package to me (although you know the original sensors have not been delivered), nor can you refund the money at this point in time, which is completely unacceptable as you have taken my money and not delivered the product for which the money was paid. I am absolutely shocked and would like a reply as a matter of urgency please. Adrian Dent
