For over two years I have been using your FreeStyle Libre product. The only problem I PREVIOUSLY had was with the delivery restrictions imposed by Medicare. HOWEVER, about three weeks ago I ATTEMPTED TO USE my last box of your product. In net, it was defective and would separate and function as designed. Bynum Industries referred to your company regarding a replacement. On July 7th I spoke to one of your employees about the problem, and after 15-20 questions, he GUARANTEED ME swift delivery of a replacement unit. As of this writing (i.e. July 20th), nothing has arrived. I just spoke with another of your employees, and he stated that "no replacement unit was ever ordered". For the past 4-5 days I have been without your unit, because of no delivery and Medicare would not even approve the next order to be SCHEDULED until today. I need your help! James Dowell
